Muscle Building Product Reviews: Which One is the Best?
Below you can view our reviews of what we consider to be the best muscle building products out there. We've done the research and tested all the programs thoroughly to make sure you are able to make an informed decision about which product to buy.
The Musclehead's Guide to a Godlike Physique has come out on top, edging out Sean Nalewanyj's Muscle Gain Truth. You can't go wrong with either of these, but we felt that The Musclehead offers more bang for your buck. Both courses offer plenty of written material, backed with coaching, so that you have no excuse for failure. If you have any questions about any of the following courses, just email me your questions and I'll be happy to help out: sean@undercovermuscle.com (And no, I'm not Sean Nalewanyj :) )

The Musclehead's Guide to a Godlike Physique |
While this package is brand new, it's impressed me already. I was very suspect when I saw it's website (you'll see what I mean) but I
was really surprised by what I saw. There is no filler with this guy. He has condensed a ton of muscle building knowledge and squeezed it into a 50 page ebook.
And while his approach may be a little rude (the guy seems like a real jerk) I get the feeling that deep down, he really wants to help people. But what I really like about the Musclehead is that with his package you get unlimited personal coaching.
I've tested these guys out and they seem to be the real deal. They were able to answer my questions quickly and intelligently. I was also surprised at the price of this package. Considering how much stuff you get, it's priced better than all of the other packages out there.
So overall, I cannot recommend the Musclehead any stronger. If I had to fault it, I would have to mention that his approach may not please some people, but it certainly does work.

Sean Nalewanyj's: The Truth about Building Muscle |
| While this package hasn't been around for all that long, it's a quality package.
Sean has created a program thats easy to follow but very effective, whatever your level of experience. There's lots of information and techniques for you to learn. It's also a little more expensive than The Musclehead and it will take longer to get through.
While this is a great package, it's not perfect. There's a lot of material to go through, so if you're not the type to sit down and actually learn it all, then this probably isn't for you. But apart from that, it is a great package. |

Vince Delmonte 's: No Nonsense Guide to Building Muscle |
This is my third favorite product. While it covers all the necessary points that a muscle building book should, it doesn't quite go beyond the call of duty, like The Musclehead does.
But if you aren't keen on reading through a long book, or listening to hours of audio, then this could be the book for you. Because it is still a great book and I am sure that anyone who follows it would do well. It is not a magic pill though, so don't buy it with false expectations.
You won't get too much useless theory here, just what has worked for Vince and lots of his clients. I can happily recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to build muscle and build the body of their dreams.
However, if I was only able to buy one book, it would have to be The Musclehead's. He just offer's so much value, it's really hard to beat.

Truly Huge |
This is another book I've recently had a look at. While it doesn't offer anywhere near the amount of value of the previous two products, it covers the basics and most of what you need to build muscle. If you're a no frills kind of guy, perhaps this will suit you.
But if you want all the bells and whistles, I'd definitely recommend one of the above packages, they offer too much value and provide the information in a much more entertaining way.

Tom Venuto's: Burn the Fat |
While Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle isn't a book on how to build muscle, I thought I just had to include it in here anyway. You see, while it may not be the best book to buy if you are a skinny guy looking to build muscle, it is still invaluable.
This is widely considered the fat loss bible . If you are looking to lose fat, you really need to read this book, that's how great it is. Whether you want to get ripped to shreds, or just need to lose a few kilos, this book, can help you.
Ï won't say any more about this book, but if you fit into the category of wanting to lose FAT (Not just weight), then do yourself a favor and at least check out his site.
