When it comes to men and fat loss, love handles and a pot belly are often the last things to go. Just as women usually have trouble with weight around the thighs, men have trouble with their midsections. This is due to the hormonal differences between men and women.

If you've read some of my other articles, you have probably started to realise that stomach fat is not only unsightly, but can also be deady. Visceral fat is a real worry and if you lose fat around your midsection for one reason only, it should be due to this.

However, if you're like most men, you don't really care too much about your health. After all, you're a man, you're invincible. So you just want to know what to do in order to lose your love handles and pot belly.

Ok, so you say you want to lose your love handles and pot belly, but do you really? I mean, I've spoken to tons of people who claim they are serious about losing weight, only to hear from them weeks later that they're back to their old ways of couch potatoing.

So if you're not serious, thats ok, but just don't kid yourself. If you will only be able to make it to the gym twice a week, don't tell yourself you'll go twice a day. That's just setting yourself up for failing.

You first need to come up with a realistic goal. If your waist is currently 110cm, don't expect to get it down to 90cm in a few weeks. Set a goal that you can actually achieve and you will have a much greater chance of achieving it. Simple, isn't it?

So once you know where you want to go, you have to work out a way to actually get there. This is the part that is very easy on paper, but not so easy in reality. I'm sure you already know that to lose your love handles and pot belly, that you need to eat better and exercise more, but you aren't doing that already. That's because you are a normal person who wants to know the best way to lose fat.

So here it is, the absolute best way to lose fat and keep it off. You would normally pay big bucks to read information like this, but I'm going to reveal it all here for you, for free. There are three main points to my formula of fat loss.

The first is diet. This is obviously a very important part of any fat loss program and if you get this wrong, the rest of your program will suffer as a result. All the exercise you put in will be wasted if you eat like a pig.

Secondly you must make sure you get lots of exercise. And by this I mean any activity that get's your heart rate up to a decent rate for as long as you can. The more cardio you do, the better you will be. Of course there are limits, but I doubt most normal people would ever be worried by them.

And last, but certainly not least is weight training. This helps your body from losing too much muscle while losing fat. And while it won't help you burn off your love handles and pot belly, it will definitely help you lose fat by helping you burn more calories every day.

And that is the best way to lose fat for your love handles and pot belly. It doesn't really matter if you have problem areas, as the formula will help you destroy any fat from any part of your body. As long as you stick with it, you can achieve whatever you desire.
