We live in an impatient world. People can never get what they want quick enough. And the same goes for building muscle. And I can't blame them, I'm no different, I want results as quickly as I can possible get them. So today I'm going to mention the three main keys for building as much muscle as your body can, in the shortest time frame possible.
The first of the three keys is often looked over by trainees, both new and experienced. I'm talking about your head. Well, more specifically, your mind. If you're mind is in the wrong place, then no matter what you seem to do, you just won't get the results you're after. Perhaps you already know what I'm on about? Maybe you go to the gym, spend about an hour in there, but only ever do a couple of half hearted sets, then go home. I've seen it all too often, but it's amazing how many people think that by simply spending time inside a gym, they will see results in the mirror. If you can master how you think about training, then you stand a chance of succeeding.
The second of the three keys is your diet. You might be surprised to hear this, but let me tell you, if your diet is not up to scratch, then neither will your results. Ever heard the old saying "You are what you eat?". Does it begin to make sense now? If you want to succeed in the gym, you first need to succeed in the kitchen. Make sure you get plenty of good food in you and you will not fail once you start hitting those weights.
Can you guess what the third key is? I hope you said lifting weights. Without this final one, you aren't going to get very big are you? Once you get your head in the right place and start eating well, you can really expect your results to skyrocket. But of course, there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. And weight lifting is no exception. If you go into the gym and you're not doing everything right, you're selling yourself short. And no one wants that.
