This is another book that someone asked me to review. Although the graphic of the huge guy on the website looked kinda cool, the rest of it didn't really make me keen to buy his book.
But because I'm a good guy, I bought it and decided to give it a look. I opened it up and discovered it was a rather large book. It is definitely packed with information.
But while there's plenty of knowledge, it's delivery is not quite that great. I felt that the author tended to go off the track a little bit and his writing style didn't interest me all that much.
However, similar to weight gain secrets, the information is sound. What is written in here is based on solid muscle building principles.
So is this book for you? If you just want raw facts about how to build muscle, then you could enjoy this book. However, if you want more information on other aspects of muscle building, then there are a couple of other books that deliver a more rounded package.
Both Sean Nalewanyj and Vince Del Monte both offer email consultations, so I really don't see why you would opt for a package like this, when you could have an expert on hand to see you through your problems.
In the end, I decided to give it 3 stars, because it is a decent book, it's just that there are others out there that are better. |
